CONTRIBUTING.md File Name Formatting Issue

Expected behavior and actual behavior

Expected behavior:

• The file name should be formatted so that it matches the URL that will redirect to the problem page.

Actual behavior:

• If you attempt to navigate to the URL using the suggested formatting it results in a 404 error.

Steps to reproduce the problem

• https://www.hackerrank.com/challenges/simple_array_sum/problem (does not work)
• https://www.hackerrank.com/challenges/simple-array-sum/problem (works)

Steps to reproduce the problem

• In the fourth bullet point under "How to Contribute" the suggested formatted uses "_", like hackkerrank.com/challenges/PROBLEM_NAME, but in order to work in needs to use "-", like hackkerrank.com/challenges/PROBLEM-NAME.
