Only accept deals on 100% offered price #5

The mode only accept deals which is same with asked price, for lower, no reactions. Anything what set to index.js is irrelevant to auto accept&refuse of the bot.

you have to enable disableAutoUpdate in module file to make it relevant

if i edit in module.json to "disableAutoUpdate": true, it revert to false if start proxy
if i make module.json to read-only, only the same price accepted for deal not lower
