problem: currently, SDR captures have to be converted to a non complex number format to be used.

solution: support input of complex number files that mainly come from SDR capturing

extra info:
should accept raw/WAV/flac files (2 channel for the wav/flac).
may need to convert from ffmpeg to sox for resampling?
