Possibility to add additional tiers of encumbrance?

I run a modified 5e game with a lot of 2e style rules, and one I would like to introduce in foundry would be 5 encumbrance tiers instead of 3. Would this be possible?

The short answer is yes it is possible, the problem is that I would have to write an api to allow customization of these things which takes a lot of time... so offhand I wouldn't even know how to set it up to make it dynamic.
