Format:
My command is formatted like this:
getAvatar <mention/id/username>

Details:
This is what my command does:
Returns the users avatar URL.
If using username, will verify before returning because of non-uniqueness.
Will also attempt to translate usernames with absurd characters to regular ones while searching.
