Update messages for Electric

Hey. Ricardo said you're switching to Electric.

This branch updates some messages, since motion_planning_msgs and planning_environment_msgs have been replaced by arm_navigation_msgs.

Greetings Sir Rain!

Thanks for your contribution! You are right, from a compile point of view
one only needs to change the messages you mentioned. A functional test
however is still on my todo list.
Regarding your patch, these changes have already been applied to the stack.
You can find them in the Electric branch of the reem_teleop stack. There
are even more branches due to parallel development on different aspects.

I am curious, are you working on/with the code now? Do you work at PAL
Robotics?
