worker的ExpiryDuration时间怎么设置，一般设置成多少比较合适？

这个看你业务场景，一般来说如果是任务数量大（频繁地使用worker）且每个任务耗时比较短的，这个值可以设置得大一些，避免过于频繁地检查和清理worker，反之则可以酌情设置得大一些。
