Typecho版本小于1.0 没有Markdown类的问题 #2

里面也有一个类，但是应该没有加载，也没有类似1.0里面的convert方法，所以需要判断typecho版本，0.9的时候没有markdown默认应该全部是html内容的文章，判断版本小于1.0，直接插入内容就好了。
