I found some signal wrong in the guidance_h.c lines 536 and 537:
speed_sp->x = (int32_t)(( (int64_t)c_psi * rc_x + (int64_t)s_psi * rc_y) >> INT32_TRIG_FRAC); speed_sp->y = (int32_t)((-(int64_t)s_psi * rc_x + (int64_t)c_psi * rc_y) >> INT32_TRIG_F
With correct signals the stick work fine in hover mode.
