Expected Behavior:
Installing Velocity works

Actual Behavior:
A velocity.toml is created with "404 - Not found", stemming from the URL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/parkervcp/eggs/master/minecraft_proxy/velocity/velocity.toml which is part of the egg's json, but should be https://raw.githubusercontent.com/parkervcp/eggs/master/minecraft/proxy/velocity/velocity.toml
