#2304 should enable ouia compatibility when window.localStorage.ouia is set to true. https://patternfly-react.surge.sh/patternfly-4/components/switch/ rerenders the component only when code example is edited.

Expected result:
ouia attributes should appear in the DOM when window.localStorage.ouia is set to true.
