不好意思，不小心按了一下回车，还没写完就发表上去了。
p332页的negtiveCycle函数的第4行有问题吧，这里用队列实现bellma
n-ford，好像又叫spfa吧，应该把inq[0]改为inq[i]，然后把后面的'
}'放到后面，不该在这里结束

sorry，这不是spfa，是另外一种方式的队列实现，但是inq[0]还��
�应该改为inq[1]
