Feature Roadmap

This issue will serve as the roadmap for the implementation of features across future releases, and allow us to discuss it 🙂
I also created a Roadmap project to put feature requests in columns corresponding to the next minor releases.

• 0.15.0: see the changelog for 0.15.0
• 0.16.0
  • Options to ignore filename patterns, and patterns in files, when detecting cross-references (issues Option to ignore some identifiers and map others to specific URLs in cross-references autorefs#22 (without remapping) and Don't parse notebook file autorefs#21)
  • Register/override handlers with module path or file path (issue Handler plugin registration from anywhere #163).

I don't have the resources to maintain and conform to a roadmap, so I'll close this issue as it is kinda useless and could be confusing for users. Sorry!
