Create order from Admin

When I want to create an order from admin I can select all available payment methods. But whichever I select there are no additional form elements displayed (bank country, iban, cc,...).

MOTO orders are unfortunately not possible with our Mage 2 Plugin.

May I ask why?

For invoice it is already possible. For debit payment, all that's missing are two inpus fields.

It just was out of scope for the initial integration and we haven't really had a case yet. I'm surprised it does work for payment methods that do not require additional input, since we didn't even test it. :)
