permission usage "CAMERA" and "VIBRATE"

Can I use this SDK without permission "android.permission.CAMERA" and "android.permission.VIBRATE" in manifest file? Those two permission are used for card.io only right?

It's quite confuse when final use see those two permission.

If you plan to accept credit card payments, card.io will handle the lack of permissions gracefully, indicating to the user that the camera is unavailable for scanning; the user will be prompted to enter the credit card info with the keyboard.
