Users should be able to edit their password, email, country. Any other improvements to the default devise views would be good.

@jakswa Just got new information from PC Patrick about how these "user settings" should work. These are also relevant to issue #34. Is it prudent for @v3n to join in on this conversation as well? Issue #26 & #25 are related to this.

Likely. @pstoica should probably also be present if he's working on the Angular UI side.

The current devise views are functional, so this issue is superseded by #48.
