Which versions of Veeam Enterprise Manager are supported?

I am using version 12 and I think the metrics that exist are not compatible.

Sorry that you have pb.
Currently we are using (at my company) VEEAM EM 12.0.0.1420 P20230223 withou any problem.

Which metrics are missing ?
Have you checked the user right the exporter is using ?
