The down button cant be seen

The down button：

In phone browser (xperia z5 ,chrome), in the first screen, can't see it by default.
need to scroll down page to see it.

Shouldn't see the button first, receive the button prompt, and then pull down the page?

An idea:
If can't see the button, can it click the featured image / screen to automatically pull down the page?
It means,
the whole first screen is the transparent down button.
