For Example if i Want To Block
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XYZ
And Allow YouTube.com
There Should be a option, please make a option on it

I don't see a reason to have this option. Other way around (block www.youtube.com but allow www.youtube.com/watch?= would make more sense). Feel free to create a fork.
