No longer works on Optimism after Bedrock upgrade

Bot calculating gas cost incorrectly resulting in insufficient funds error when attempting to add or remove liquidity.

Gas should now be a reasonable amount and work "most of the time" - if there's a big spike in L2 gas price then tx may be delayed.
