can not chdir(/var/spool/clientmqueue/): Permission denied
Message could not be sent.
Mailer Error: Could not instantiate mail function.

Hello,

Please try the following commands

chmod 770 /var/spool
chmod 770 /var/spool/clientmqueue

Try restarting sendmail.
