Improve /tb tools printout #32

Move the item name to the beginning of a line, with the description following.

Bone: Left/Right click to change a blocks's data value

This way the printout will have a more structured look.

Also I suggest adding color and bold/italics to the formatting for emphasis. Things that were not in the game when you created the menu.

tb tools printout formatting improvements. (#32)

Lines now start with the Minecraft item for a tool, additional lines are
italicized. Improvements suggested by Jadedwolf.
