AVIWriter AddFrame causes arthimetic overflow

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. AddFrame where scan0 is greater than 32-bit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should use 64-bit if necessary and available

What version of the product are you using?
2.2.5

Please provide any additional information below.
Changing the int fields to long and using ToInt64() functions instead of 
ToInt32() resolved the overflow
