Decorated? && Paginated?

The two methods decorated? and paginated?, who are much alike, doesn't work the way expected.
As we define these methods on low level objects, and their definitions are highly hard-code, we sometimes don't get the 'human' expected result.
This is even more visible when working with delegators.

We may want to use instance variables to set the return values of these methods.
