Really hard to download the plugin

When doing choco install keepass-keepasshttp, it stucks at

Downloading keepass-keepasshttp
  from 'https://github.com/pfn/keepasshttp/raw/c2c4eb5388a02169400cba7a67be325caabdcc37/KeePassHttp.plgx'
ERROR: The remote file either doesn't exist, is unauthorized, or is forbidden for url 'https://github.com/pfn/keepasshttp/raw/c2c4eb5388a02169400cba7a67be325caabdcc37/KeePassHttp.plgx'. Exception calling "GetResponse" with "0" argument(s): "The remote name could not be resolved: 'raw.githubusercontent.com'"

Tried but failed methods:

• modify hosts and specify github.com and raw.githubcontent to be the fastest IP
• open the VPN
• use broswer to download https://github.com/pfn/keepasshttp/raw/c2c4eb5388a02169400cba7a67be325caabdcc37/KeePassHttp.plgx

It makes no sense that other github pages and downloads work fine, but this do not,
so I wonder whether the file really exist, since choco installer may have the wrong file url stored.
If anyone who is so kind that he could provide me a BaiduNetdisk\NutCloud\WeiYun or SourceForge link
I would genuinely appreciate it.

OK I may know the solution.

It is
git clone https://github.com/pfn/keepasshttp.git
and forget everything irrelevant and anything about choco!
just copy the plgx file
DONE!
