Omnipitr 0.1.0 specifies doc/howto.pod as the docfile for the "omnipitr" extension. Yet the site isn't linking the extension to that doc. Why not?

I'm noticing that the same is true for documents that identify the README as the documentation. I think it's reasonable for it not to be a link in that case, but I do want to make sure that it gets added to the docs FTI.
