Binary releases

I'd like to use panama on a Raspberry Pi without having to get too much into the nitty gritty of how to compile all of this. Therefore a armhf binary would be appreciated, maybe generally using Github Releases would be a good idea.

I'll leave this open, even if you already got your binary by now. Let's talk about possible solutions for a build-farm or continuous integration for armhf next week. I'd like to provide "offical" binaries at least for releases.

Sounds good, I'll rename the issue. BTW, I have uploaded a (by now slightly outdated) armhf binary here.
