identify sims that have i18n layout issues

Decided that we needed to do this at 5/21/15 developer meeting.

The "Summer 2015 redeploy" is primarily for translation features. So it's important that sims behave correctly when string length changes. Identify which sims have i18n layout problems.

Assigning to @ariel-phet to decide how to accomplish this. (student testers? developers? ...)
