Golang Canvas2D

Premise

Whereas #217 is interested in living libraries, Canvas2D was alive and well in 2017 when I first looked into it. It looks to have been someones side project but has since been archived as of 2018.

In digging this out of my notebook I am most interested in the example's and having them run using one of the libraries from #217.
