Hey everyone,
Looking at how many improvements of PHP 8.3 still don't have their corresponding change in the documentation (and even 8.2 doesn't have some) I want to suggest already creating issue (Documentation Tracker) for PHP 8.4, like: #1803
What do you think about this? I could already prepare PR for my change to wait until the release of next PHP version. Ideally it could be even part of DoD of the RFC process.

You can already prepare a PR and add the 8.4 milestone.
The issue with the documentation tracker is that it is usually based on UPGRADING when everything has been frozen. But it might make sense to already create it.
