The mysqlnd-uh pages works only in Romenian language, in all other languages this give a 404 error

The mysqlnd-uh documentation has been removed from the docs, because that extension is unmaintened for more than 10 years. Apparently, the Romanian doc team has not yet caught up with that removal, but there is no need to file that as explicit ticket there, because there is tooling available which informs the translation teams about pending updates.
