This PR prepares release v1.2.0 of phyx.js, including by regenerating the documentation. Since PR #138 needs to be tested with Klados, I expect to make several
-alphareleases before finalizing this version.Once this PR has been approved, four more steps are necessary:
v1.2.0tag and publish it to GitHub.v1.2.0release.v1.2.0has been pushed to Zenodo automatically and been given a DOI there.WIP. Should be merged after PR #143.
