DHTML output format should render Markdown correctly

Hoping to look at this today.

So I realize now that I didn't understand that all sections (feature, scenario, example...etc) can have their own Description field and that, also, each is to render that area as Markdown. Fortunately, I found an open source Markdown converter that I can pipe the description text through (http://code.google.com/p/pagedown/) without too much effort. Hope to have a commit for this soon.

Does PageDown support markdown extra features (like tables)? If not, perhaps you could take a look at http://www.toptensoftware.com/markdowndeep/ which is also open source (Apache 2.0).

Submitted a fix for this issue. I tried, but failed to get Markdowndeep to work for me so ended up using Pagedown + Pagedown Extra.
