API not working in Sonarr since tvrage went down #162

Anyone know how to change the settings to make the api work again? I can remove rid=1234 from the api call, and the api call will work. However, it obviously doesn't find the specific show. If I replace megasearch's url with another indexes url and api, then it will also work.

Looks like we need to move to TVDB, I don't have anywhere near enough experience for this. Hoping https://github.com/Mirabis/ can help us out.

I've done up a crude fix until someone more capable can do it. PR'd to Mirabis: Mirabis#1
