Bug on start

Hi I just found a but (at least on my end) when I used your boller plate code. On creation of a new Invoice I just found a bug in the file "dateFormatter.js" , when you use toLocaleString it seemed to not work (atleast in my NestJS stack) after I changed to -toLocaleDateString everything worked fine.

Just wanted also to know if you plan to maintain the library and If so if I can maybe send you some PRs to improve some features and also to fix some potential bugs.
