As of FF 4.0 RC1 (or thereabouts), it has been broken, and doesn't work any more. Awesome extension that I wished worked again.

I have updated to the newer back-to-owner version 110511, and finally figured out that if I hit the 'back' button, or right-click and hit 'back', it works fine. But, it doesn't work when I click on the 'back' button on my mouse, which is what I use 99% of the time.

By this commit, "back" button on your mouse will work in the next release.
