Feeback Form

We would love to add some kind of feedback form for users to be able to quickly fill out and submit bugs/suggestions. Something super lightweight. Does anyone have any ideas? Otherwise, we'll probably go with a Google form.

Either way, we'll need to add this into the copy near the trademark. While we're at it, we should add the logo to the trademark area, and make that text bigger. If the map will be living on the Pitt News site, we still want to have some of our branding.
