download-product generated config for assign-stemcell does not always match the slug in Ops Manager

The config that is generated takes the product slug given for download-product

The config that is needed for assign-stemcell needs the tile slug, not the pivnet slug.

This could be solved by grabbing the product name from the downloaded tile (like we do the stemcell) rather than inferring it from the download-product config
