git-pair - git-duet

I wanted to start a conversation about git-pair. I've been using it for 2 years without issue, some devs here think we should continue on with git-pair

I did notice that git-duet does not allow for soloing and does not look at a local repo's .pairs file

git duet ts ts
open /Users/pivotal/.git-authors: no such file or directory

git-duet instead supports git solo ts

You can also set a GIT_DUET_AUTHORS_FILE environment variable to change where git duet looks for the pairs file.

Since a couple offices use git-pair without issue, I'm wondering if we should just include both git-pair and git-duet on the machines.
