error message at "press start" screen

Hi there, getting this message while attempting to play the last update, I have to saythis is happening on a fresh install..

Texts/#/IDS_REGULATION

any idea on how to fix it?

Did you fully download the latest update both on Steam and by fully entering the game using Steam?

Yes, actually did it again to make sure everything was correct, fresh install and download... but no luck, same message. Wonder if I can find previous versions of the game to download..

You probably have multiple steam accounts and some aren't updated. See https://github.com/pixeltris/YgoMaster/blob/master/Docs/FileLoadError.md
