Describe requirements
Occasionally, users are logged out of Field Maps unexpectedly due to token expiration / latency. If this occurs after downloading offline areas, we would like the user to still be able to access those offline areas and sync edits once they have signed in.
This may be a wider issue with ArcGIS Online and mobile apps in general - tokens expire unexpectedly and this causes issues accessing data, logging in, or accessing offline maps (in QuickCapture as well).

Other Relevant Info
It appears this is a known issue HOWEVER, the Field Maps Team said that tokens should only expire every 3 weeks and this should be a very rare occurrence. Let's get more details from TX-TF1 and 2 when they demobilize from the current incident. Once signed in an offline Field Maps should never kick you out (as per Esri).

What is an Access Token?
An access token is an authorization string that provides secure access to ArcGIS resources. Your app must present an access token whenever it makes an authenticated request to location services or private content. They define the scope of privileges available to your application, and their properties vary based on the type of authentication used to obtain them. Access tokens are always associated with an ArcGIS account, and service usage with the token will be billed to that account's ArcGIS subscription. https://developers.arcgis.com/documentation/mapping-apis-and-services/security/access-tokens

Impact
This appears to have happened a few times which left the end user with no offline basemap capability while out in an area impacted by disaster. This can lead to delayed or incomplete searches.
