Out of these what are the files that are required exactly?

You don't add the files themselves, add the framework.
(If you insist on doing it -> It's all the ones visible in the screenshot)

Look at how the demo project does it. It does not reference any files directly, instead it references the framework under build settings.

You need to drag and drop the PKHUD project into your project for this to become available.

Using Xcode 6.1 I could not get a project to build by dragging and dropping the project and importing the module. Worked like a charm when I just added all the files. Normally I prefer the framework approach though.
