Summary

Main purpose of this release is to update to Bootstrap v3 and make TinyMCE so
stable that we can include it into plone.app.widgets release.

I played with gizmo a bit. I don't think we should use it. It's way more than what is necessary and really large. If we want, we could rip out parts we like of it but I'd rather not consume the whole thing.

thanks nathan, just cross it off the list then and we can stick with what we
have for now. anyway its good to know that we're doing something similar as
others are doing.
