Navigate to a cell with either keyboard or mouse
Ctrl+c
Notice that you can't navigate out of the cell with the keyboard (need to click another cell)

Expected behavior:
Can navigate normally after ctrl+c

Note: This does not affect ctrl+v
Note: Fix should include e2e test for both ctrl+c/v
