Describe/explain the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
When you try to change the startAngle value, it will break the tooltips in some areas.

To Reproduce

same result in https://nivo.rocks/pie/canvas/

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the document
2. Change the start angle to some negative value
3. hover on that angle
4. The tooltip not shown there

Expected behavior
show the tooltip
