For the plugin to be listed on the GLPI plugins catalog, a plugin.xml must be available.
Is is also required for GLPI 9.1 compliance (#15).

Add plugin XML file

The plugin XML file allows the plugin to be referenced on the official
GLPI plugins catalog (http://plugins.glpi-project.org).

This commit adapts the old room.xml (from the old forge:
https://forge.glpi-project.org/svn/room/) to the new format required by
new catalog (some new fields).
It also adds the plugin logo (also imported from the old forge).
