I have the task of implementing VXI-11 into our software at Raditeq.

We have decided to use your library and have made some changes to get it a bit more up-to-date and make it work for us.
Are you open for us to upstream these changes or can this project be seen as abandoned.

I am not using this library anymore, so maintaining it is out of my possibility (I do not own or work with VXI devices anymore).

So, yes, practically for me it is abandoned, I did not archived it hoping it could be useful to someone. If you plan to use/improve it in the future, and you are interested in maintain it, I can transfer the ownership to you.

Thanks for the reply,

I would like to accept the transfer of ownership. I would then move it onward to Raditeq organization where it will stay and get maintained.

Do you still remember any issues that this library had that require fixing? I already saw that the server functionality of VXI11 was never tested, but do you know of anything else?

I did never had any bug to fix, but we used it with very few equipment (a couple of oscilloscopes, a signal generator and a power supply). We used it in production for automatic tests of electronic boards for about 6 month; after that I do not know if there were issues since I changed job.
