In version 1.7.3 , when trying to compile XML library with XML_UNICODE_WCHAR_T
the following file has compilation error.

XML/src/XML/Writer.cpp (line 713 ):

"XMLString defaultNamespaceURI = _namespaces.getURI(std::string());"

this line contains hard coded "std::string" instead of using XMLstring typedef.
