There is a case where we want to use the jsquery-mentions-input on top of a modal, in that case, we usually don't want to see any scrollbar on the modal.
Along with the previous commit (which is fca1d76 ), this commit will support 'position: fixed' of autocomplete list (manually set in custom css)
The result will be as this screenshot
Know issue: I haven't add any checking against the width of the window as it unnecessary for the stated use case.
