Removed leftover code from Hope Lives shard and fixed magery scrolls …

…not being consumed after use in :magery:use.src.

Removed unnecessary code in :magery:castSpell.src.
Reverted to a previous version of :magery:spellStarter.src.
Added necromancy to :attributes:attributes.cfg and uospells.cfg. This, among other things fixed necromancy not working. Issue #77
Fixed necroscrolls not being consumed on use in :necromancy:necroscroll.src
